I understand that Dawn Quest is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or medical practitioner of any kind and that hypnosis recordings, meditation recordings or the content of articles and books and all media material produced by Beautiful Me/DawnQuest.co.ukshould not be considered a replacement for the advice and/or services, of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or doctor.

1. I understand that hypnosis or meditation recordings should not be listened to in any situation where full concentration is required for the safety of myself and others, and this includes, but is not limited to, driving or operating heavy machinery. I understand that it is not advisable to undergo hypnosis or meditation with certain medical conditions including but not limited to epilepsy and schizophrenia and I have sought the advice of a medical professional before I proceed if any such condition is suspected. I state that I accept full responsibility for my own health and wellbeing and have taken advice from a medical professional with regards to medical conditions for which hypnosis and meditation are not recommended, including but not limited to epilepsy and schizophrenia.  In this regard I waive all claims against Beautiful Me, Dawn Quest and dawnquest.co.uk.
2. Beautiful Me/ Dawn Quest Coaching is NOT responsible for Improper Use

Products offered are NOT to be used improperly. While using our products, you should NOT: Drive, Drink Alcohol, Use ANY Drugs (legal or illegal), operate machinery of any kind, or be involved in any activity that has the potential to cause physical or mental harm. Using products with medical conditions also constitutes “improper use”. Proper Use also means that you are sure that your body and mind are stable enough to handle the effects of our products. If you are unsure, it is advised not to purchase. You are in sole discretion of this decision and you assume any and all liability by choosing to purchase or take action in any way.

Throughout the Site, we may provide links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties. 10. PAYMENTS, FEES, SUBSCRIPTIONS AND REFUNDS 

Payments are taken on the day members first sign up for their membership, and on the same day each month (for monthly memberships) or each year (for annual memberships). Memberships can be cancelled at any time by going to Your Membership page. For all memberships, members who cancel will have access to content up until the last paid-for day of their membership. Once paid for, refunds will not be made unless there are mitigating circumstances. Please contact dawn@dawnquest.co.uk for more details. All subscriptions renew automatically until a member has cancelled. If renewal payments are not made in time or are declined, Beautiful Me has the right to cancel membership with no notice.
